about My Clinical Supervision practice

My approach to supervision is fundamentally relational, shaped by my training in Gestalt therapy. This perspective allows me to focus on the here-and-now dynamic within our supervisory relationship to help you better understand your work with clients. However, my practice is not limited to a single approach, I have experience integrating techniques and theories from various modalities to provide a responsive experience for each supervisee.

I create a safe, collaborative space for supervisees to explore their client work and professional development. I help supervisees increase their self-awareness and reflective practice while upholding an ethical and compassionate foundation.

I have extensive experience of supervising within the charity sector and counselling placements, this has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of supporting counselling staff and volunteers. I supervise individuals and groups and I work with both qualified and in-training counsellors and psychotherapists.

My supervision fees is £70 per hour. I  offer in-person or on-line via Zoom.
