Group Counselling for Female Survivors of Sexual Abuse
I offer online (via Zoom) support groups for female survivors of sexual abuse. The support group is a private space for survivors to come together to offer each other support with myself facilitating the space.

I try to run groups twice a year, this does depend on the number of enquiries I have.
These groups are limited to four to six participants. It is a closed group which means no new participants will join your group once it starts.
Depending on the group size it will run for either eight or ten weeks, each session lasts 90mins and will take place weekly.
If you are interested please get in touch using the link below, after this initial contact I will arrange a call with you to discuss the group. This is to introduce myself and to find out a bit about you, and if this is something you would like to commit to. If it is, with your permission, I will add you to my waiting list.
Once I have enough participants to run the group I will arrange a one to one Zoom call ahead of the group starting, this is to check in with you to see if this is still something you would like to attend and if it's the right time for you.
