Counselling is an opportunity for a fresh perspective and deeper understanding. It's a confidential space where you can reflect and evaluate without judgment. Every person is unique, with unique life-paths and challenges and I work respectfully in this knowledge.



As a Gestalt counsellor with an over a decade of clinical experience, my practice focuses on the whole person, mind, body, and emotions. I work with individuals to explore how they make contact with themselves and others, building a foundation of self-support and authenticity. Rather than giving advice, my purpose is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment so you can consider your choices and find a path that feels right for you.


My experience includes working with clients on issues such as anxiety, trauma, difficult relationships, and life transitions, creating a safe and supportive space for change. Counselling provides help if you are experiencing:

  • Coping with change or uncertainty

In-Person, Online & Phone Counselling

Finding the right support should be a straightforward process. That's why I offer counselling sessions in a format that works for you: in-person, over the phone, or securely online via Zoom.


I am experienced offering online counselling sessions via Zoom, I have found them to be as effective and meaningful as in-person appointments. This approach means you can receive valuable support regardless of your location or mobility.

​Although there are many different types of therapy to choose from, the one thing that nearly all counsellors can agree on is that the relationship is the most important aspect of therapy.


01 Make initial Contact

The first step is to make an initial enquiry via email, phone me or use the enquiry form below. This will enable you to ask any questions and to book a consultation.

02 The Consultation

The consultation will take place via phone or Zoom, it will allow us to talk through what has brought you to counselling and to explore what you want to achieve. If you would like me to be your counsellor we will arrange a mutually convenient time for us to meet weekly.
The 30 minute consultation is free of charge.

03 Counselling Sessions 

I offer sessions either in-person, video call (Zoom) or telephone. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and will happen take place weekly. We can work together either for a short or longer period of time depending on what you need. The cost for each counselling session starts from £60.
